Tony’s career began as a marketing consultant in 1989, advising multinational companies on strategies to reach U.S. Hispanic households and expanding market reach for US companies in Latin America. In 2001 he founded and printed the first-ever Hispanic Yellow pages in South Florida with strategic partnerships with El Nuevo Herald, Americatel, and Yupi.com.
He entered the insurance industry in 2004 as a marketing and product consultant for Protective Life Insurance putting together a national strategy to roll out an advertising and sales platform to enroll members into medical discount products, including a DHMO under a white label brand created by his firm, targeting the US Hispanic market. In 2007, Tony became licensed as a health and life agent and opened his first agency offering medically underwritten products in a call center setting across 22 markets in the US. Since then he has founded and led two agencies to meet the demands of the ACA and MA. Using his background in marketing he has developed physician practice relationships through marketing plans focused on growing and keeping MA rosters.
Tony is passionate about healthcare and the adverse impact costs have on the average American family. He is a presidential member of HAFA (Health Agents for America) and has been in Washington D.C., lobbying on behalf of insurance agents across the US and providing suggestions for the needed changes on the ACA.

In 1992, Eddy started his career at CAC Medical Center and worked in various operations positions including referrals. In 1997, he moved into the Plan side of the business with a start-up called Beacon Health. There, Eddy worked in multiple capacities; Utilization Management, Provider Contracting/Relations, and Medicaid/Medicare Sales. Eddy knows that the key to this business is relationship building. He will go above and beyond to make sure agents, providers, and everyone in between gets what they need.

Claudio F. Arellano has been working in managed healthcare since the age of 18. His first position in the managed healthcare industry was as a Customer Service Representative for CAC Ramsay in Coral Gables, Florida, which later became United Healthcare of Florida. His career at United Healthcare covered Customer Service, Provider Relations, and Network Development. After 7 ½ years with United Healthcare, he joined the Business Development Department at Miami Children’s Hospital. His experience at Miami Children’s Hospital was his first glimpse of the provider community. He later joined WellCare Health Plans as an IPA Analyst where he was responsible for contracting and managing IPA / MSO risk arrangements in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
All Care Management Services, Inc., d/b/a All Care Health Networks was founded in 2004, where Mr. Arellano served as the President and CEO, with a goal of providing a vehicle for primary care physicians to maintain their independent practice, yet be a part of a larger network to assist them in their payor contracting efforts. During his tenure at All Care, Mr. Arellano led the company operations in the management of 8,000 Medicare, 8,000 Medicaid and 15,000 Affordable Care Act (ACA) lives over the course of 10 years. He has extensive physician relationships and has contracted over 200 physicians across the state of Florida. Additionally, he managed 7 full risk payor agreements, developed an internal data management program, and licensed and bonded All Care as a Fiscal Intermediary Services Organization (FISO) with the Office of Insurance Regulation, one of only thirteen in the state of Florida at the time.
